30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused credits. Your satisfaction is our priority!

1. Credit Purchases

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Unused credits within 30 days of purchase
  • Technical issues preventing credit use
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Unauthorized purchases (with proper documentation)

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • • Credits already used for story or image generation
  • • Purchases older than 30 days
  • • Credits received as bonuses or promotions
  • • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (subjective)

2. How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide Information:
    • Your account email
    • Order/Transaction ID
    • Reason for refund request
  3. Review Period: We'll review within 2 business days
  4. Processing: Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

3. Print Order Cancellations & Refunds

⏰ Cancellation Timeline

  • Within 2 hours: Full refund, automatic cancellation available
  • 2-24 hours: Full refund if not yet in production
  • After 24 hours: Contact support - refund depends on production status
  • Shipped orders: Cannot be cancelled

📦 Quality Issues

We guarantee the quality of our printed books. Refunds or reprints available for:

  • Printing defects (misprints, binding issues)
  • Damaged books received
  • Incorrect orders shipped
  • Books lost in transit (after investigation)

4. Subscription Services

Note: Scribbin currently operates on a pay-per-use credit system. This section applies if we introduce subscription plans in the future.

Future subscription plans will include:

  • Cancel anytime before renewal
  • Pro-rated refunds for annual plans cancelled within 30 days
  • No refunds for monthly plans after billing cycle starts
  • Unused credits from subscriptions expire at end of billing period

Gift credit purchases can be refunded to the original purchaser within 30 days if the gift code hasn't been redeemed.
